The construction of the new Regional Library already 40% of its implementation, as reported by the mayor, Maria de la Paz Fernandez and the Vice Mayor and Councilman Works, María Isabel Barriga, who along with the mayor of Culture, María José Zarzavilla, have come this afternoon with technical facilities.
